We are looking for an experienced WordPress & Digital Content Specialist with a background in marketing, digital communication, or SEO. This role involves managing and optimizing our website content, using custom WordPress blocks, ChatGPT, and Yoast SEO while ensuring it aligns with our target market and business strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of market segmentation, digital marketing, and Google search algorithms to create impactful content.

Responsibilities :

• Create, edit, and optimize website content using WordPress and ChatGPT
• Adapt messaging based on market segmentation and target audience needs
• Manage and update custom WordPress blocks; coordinate with developers for new features
• Implement Yoast SEO recommendations and ensure content ranks well on Google
• Apply digital marketing best practices to improve engagement and conversions
• Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across the site
• Collaborate with business unit managers to refine content, with final validation by the CEO
• Monitor website performance and SEO trends, making data-driven improvements

• Background in marketing, digital communication, or related field
• Strong WordPress skills (custom blocks, themes, and plugins)
• SEO expertise, including experience with Yoast SEO and Google search engine algorithms
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Basic HTML knowledge (CSS is a plus)
• Understanding of market segmentation and digital strategy
• A good eye for design and UX
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, or other SEO tools is a plus
