Sales Coordinator

BHSDM is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Sales Team and other Executives. This position is a key member of the team and provides the opportunity to engage with the city’s most esteemed agents, developers and designers. The position is performed onsite, in-person.

General Responsibilities:

 

  • Register new clients and brokers prior or upon visit.
  • Field sales inquiries, both email and phone
  • Schedule and confirm sales gallery, virtual and onsite sales presentations
  • Maintain project calendar including all showings, sales meetings, vendor visits and events
  • Review customer registration for accuracy prior to report submission
  • Update listing database, open house information, and performing quality control across project website and listing syndication partners
  • Assist team with administrative tasks including maintaining project folder, deal sheets, offer forms.
  • Attend all sales and marketing meetings, coordinate meeting agendas and issue actionable meeting minutes
  • Establish a cohesive organizational system for back office spaces; maintain an accounting of all supplies
  • Record a daily phone and email log
  • Maintains all data for reports including daily and weekly sales and traffic reports, contract status reports, customer tracking report, advertising report
  • Assemble co-broke packages and buyer info packages
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events
  • Ensure sales gallery and model residences are presentable at all times by monitoring appearance, coordinating cleaning + floral delivery, and rectifying any issues
  • Update development website
  • Advertise listings on Street Easy

Qualifications:

  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, excellent communicator, innovative thinker, even-tempered, ethical and a team player
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in and Microsoft Office, Teams
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • New Jersey State Real Estate License and familiarity with real estate databases/NJMLS platforms a plus
  • Evident study or experience of related fields: customer service/hospitality, architecture, marketing, real estate or design
