About The Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will support a client's marketing initiatives by executing digital campaigns, managing content, and contributing to the visibility and consistency of our brand.

While the primary focus will be on internal branding, there may also be opportunities to collaborate with trusted partner businesses within their network, offering variety and a balanced workload with clear guidance from the core team.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content Support
• Schedule and manage content across various social media platforms.
• Assist with writing and editing marketing materials, including social posts, newsletters, and product updates.
• Support campaign calendars and coordinate tasks and timelines.

Design & Branding
• Create on-brand marketing materials and graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Ensure brand consistency across visuals, copy, and campaign assets.
• Maintain organized brand and content libraries for internal use.

CRM & Performance Tracking
• Assist with HubSpot marketing activities such as email campaigns and CRM updates.
• Support basic performance tracking and reporting on key marketing activities.

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing support role – Brings hands-on experience executing campaigns and managing digital content.
• Proficiency in social media tools and scheduling platforms – Confident in planning and publishing engaging content.
• Strong visual design skills – Able to create eye-catching graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent written English and communication – Delivers high-quality written content with strong grammar and clarity.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and receptive to feedback – Works independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Nice to Have
• Experience using HubSpot for email marketing and CRM updates.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Basic video editing or animation skills.
• Prior experience working with international clients or distributed teams.
