About the role:
The role is to contribute to the management of and support our practice network in relation to continuing professional development (CPD), training, qualification and professional year requirements. This is provided via phone and email-based support, together with an understanding of relevant legislative obligations and licensee policy positions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective communication and a high level of service is provided in relation to CPD, training, qualifications and professional year when receiving enquiries and following up requirements.
- Administer CPD requirements, including user access, plans, assessments, training, content, submissions and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of and correctly assess qualifications in line with legislative obligations and licensee positions.
- Support the professional year program through handling administrative duties, such as follow up tasks and the maintaining of accurate records.
- Collaborate within the direct team and with various business units/partners to identify and implement continuous improvement and support various initiatives as required.
- Record activities, outcomes and insights to enable effective analysis of data and continuous improvement enhancements.
- Ownership and accountability in managing the execution of activities and delivery of service within service level agreement expectations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by proactively identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Embrace change and adapt to evolving business needs to drive innovation.
- A degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a learning and development or training setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage high workload
- Experience with Kaplan Professional, Salesforce, or other CRM tools
