Your Impact

We're searching for a Solutions Engineer who can bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and our customers' needs. You'll work closely with our sales team to demonstrate our platform's value, provide technical guidance during implementations, and ensure our solutions align with customer requirements.

Some of the ways you drive impact:

-          Lead technical discovery sessions to deeply understand customers' operations and processes

-          Design and document technical solutions that map to customer workflows

-          Provide detailed technical guidance during customer implementations

-          Partner with our product team to influence roadmap decisions based on customer needs

-          Create and maintain technical documentation for customer-facing solutions

-          Own the technical relationship with key accounts, serving as their trusted advisor

-          Conduct engaging product demonstrations that illustrate clear value propositions

-          Monitor customer health through data analytics and proactive engagement

Your Background

-          5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical customer success, or similar roles

-          Proven track record implementing enterprise software solutions

-          Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex operational workflows and data processes

-          Strong communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for various audiences

-          Experience using data analytics to drive customer success strategies

-          Kind and curious—always open to learning from colleagues, clients, and the industry.

-          Willingness to travel up to 25%.
