ABOUT THE POSITION

Art Director at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

BURGA is launching a new Men’s line, and we’re looking for an Art Director to shape its visual identity and collection strategy while leading the creative direction for campaigns that define this exciting new chapter. From product launches to high-impact brand moments, you’ll be responsible for crafting a distinct, stylish, and trend-driven aesthetic that resonates with the modern man.

Your role: work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and marketing teams, you’ll develop campaigns that not only look stunning but also align with the overall vision for BURGA Men’s. This is a chance to build something from the ground up—setting the tone, refining the brand’s creative direction, and ensuring BURGA Men’s stands out in the fashion and accessories space.

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes fashion and social media trends—someone who understands what makes a campaign go viral, what visuals capture attention, and how to create content that feels fresh, exciting, and undeniably BURGA. Beyond creativity, this role requires strong communication and presentation skills to effectively showcase ideas, structure concepts, and align teams toward a shared vision.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead the creative vision for BURGA Men’s key campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring a bold and recognizable aesthetic.

- Develop the visual and strategic direction for new collections, ensuring cohesion across products and marketing.

- Collaborate with the product design team to align creative direction with collection themes, colors, and trends.

- Develop structured presentations and mood boards to showcase ideas effectively, making them easy to understand and execute.

- Oversee and direct photoshoots, ensuring every detail aligns with the brand vision and current menswear trends.

- Work closely with copywriters to ensure that visuals and messaging work seamlessly together.

- Partner with marketing and social media teams to develop content optimized for digital engagement and viral potential.

- Stay ahead of trends in fashion, pop culture, and social media to ensure BURGA Men’s line is always one step ahead.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 3 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.

- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.

- Strong expertise in visual storytelling, photography, and graphic design with an eye for modern, sophisticated aesthetics.

- Deep understanding of social media aesthetics, viral content, and how to create campaigns that resonate with a male audience.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple creative projects with precision.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong ability to structure and present creative ideas, ensuring clarity and direction for the team.

SALARY: 4000-5000 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
