ABOUT THE POSITION
Inventory Manager at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: take the lead in managing and optimizing our inventory to ensure seamless operations. From forecasting demand to maintaining optimal stock levels, you’ll be at the core of our supply chain efficiency. Working closely with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams, you’ll ensure that products are always available when needed - reducing costs, minimizing waste, and keeping our operations running smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Forecast demand, manage replenishment strategies, and set safety stock levels.
- Monitor stock levels, generate reports, and analyze trends for data-driven decisions.
- Manage purchase orders, oversee supplier lead times, and negotiate minimum order quantities.
- Optimize order quantities to minimize ordering, shipping, and storage costs.
- Work with marketing, manufacturing, and logistics teams to align inventory with business needs.
- Continuously refine inventory strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience in demand forecasting or a related inventory management role.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Paying attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset to interpret inventory trends.
- Problem-solving abilities to address supply chain challenges.
- Knowledge of demand forecasting to predict inventory needs effectively.
SALARY: 2000-2300 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
