Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative with Monster Transmission & Performance, you will play a crucial role in shaping positive customer experiences by providing expert assistance and guidance through incoming calls and live chat interactions on our website. This is a unique sales position where your focus will be on understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ultimately driving revenue through effective communication, customer service, and product knowledge.
As a Sales Representative, you will be integral to ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to order fulfillment. This entails liaising with internal teams such as client care and production to address customer needs promptly and accurately. Your ability to collaborate effectively across departments will be critical in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving overall customer satisfaction.
This is an hourly role with a base rate of $15.00 an hour in addition to uncapped commission opportunities. Sales Representatives can earn between $40,000 to $65,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales performance.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure mutual benefit for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or direct sales roles; outside sales experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with technology sales is preferred; ability to learn about new products rapidly is essential.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
Preferred and/or Required Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer service role preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer support.
- Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (C.R.M.) system preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred.
