The Platform Beyond Broadline Team is charged with facilitating and confirming our clients’ request to join our Beyond Broadline / Non Broadline programs. We are seeking to hire a Beyond Broadline Sales Specialist who will serve as client facing sales and navigation of our programs, executing on strategic business plans, tracking and documenting updates on opportunities, following up with clients and client managers, and communicating with the Beyond Broadline team on challenges.  This role will require an organized candidate to build relationships and coordinate activities between multiple clients and client managers. 

This is a hybrid role based out of our Lake Worth, FL office. We are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorization. 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients over phone calls, email, and video conference to help them navigate our program offerings and next steps to enroll
  • Present savings comparison and answer questions on how the savings was calculated
  • Follow up on assigned opportunities to close the sale or update stakeholders and CRM of outcome and reason
  • Submit written forms to vendors as needed for clients to enroll in various programs
  • Assist in creating and updating program records in CRM (SalesForce) for opportunity tracking
  • Learn and utilize our CRM (SalesForce) terminology
  • Continuously learn and understand our vendor program offerings to include existing and newly launched programs

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of foodservice industry experience desired, not required
  • Ability to work hybrid in Lake Worth, FL office 
  • Some experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience desired, not required
  • Some data analysis/financial analysis skills desired, not required
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work effectively with any level of position and limited supervision
  • Comfortable with meeting virtually
  • Knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations desired, not required
