The Opportunity:
Join our team as a Brand Compliance & Publisher Operations Coordinator, where your detail-oriented mindset and organizational skills will play a crucial role in ensuring advertising compliance and seamless publisher operations. This role involves working closely with the compliance specialist to monitor email campaigns, track issues, and support operational workflows while maintaining data accuracy and system efficiency.
Compliance Monitoring Support:
- Daily Campaign Oversight ๐: Assist the compliance specialist with monitoring third-party email campaigns, social media, and other advertising channels
- Issue Logger ๐: Review emails and document compliance issues in tracking systems with precision
- Non-Compliance Identifier ๐: Detect non-compliant activities, such as missing opt-out links or unapproved creatives, and escalate as necessary
- Manual Checker โ๏ธ: Conduct manual compliance checks to ensure accurate reporting and resolution
- Tracker Manager ๐: Maintain tracking systems for publisher activity, suppression file downloads, and global opt-outs
Publisher Operations:
- Contact Organizer ๐: Maintain and update publisher contact information, ensuring accuracy and reducing duplicates
- CRM Specialist ๐๏ธ: Consolidate duplicate publishers or aliases within CRM systems
- Correspondence Logger โ๏ธ: Log email correspondence with publishers and ensure records are up-to-date
- Automation Troubleshooter ๐: Monitor and resolve issues in automated workflows to maintain efficiency
- Board Auditor ๐ ๏ธ: Audit and organize project management boards (e.g., Monday.com) to ensure data integrity
- Workflow Builder ๐: Create workflows, custom fields, and automations for campaign setups
- Metrics Reporter ๐: Generate and share detailed reports on publisher activity, correspondence, and compliance metrics
Operational Task Management:
- Timeline Tracker ๐: Monitor timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple tools to ensure deadlines are met
- Task Follow-Up Expert โ
: Collaborate with internal teams to confirm task ownership and timely completion
- Action Item Tracker ๐: Recap meetings, log action items, and track progress to ensure all tasks are completed
- Cross-Department Collaborator ๐ค: Work across departments to align priorities and project needs effectively
Data Integrity and Reporting:

Who You Are:
- Detail Detective ๐: Exceptionally organized with a sharp eye for spotting compliance issues across various channels.
- Tool Proficient ๐ ๏ธ: Familiarity with compliance tools like Optizmo and Lashback is preferred, but training will be provided. Comfortable using monitoring tools such as Google Alerts and performing manual checks when necessary.
- Regulations Savvy โ๏ธ: You understand email marketing regulations like CAN-SPAM and paid media compliance requirements and can apply these effectively to your work.
- Effective Communicator ๐ฃ๏ธ: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, making it easy to collaborate with publishers and report findings to the team.
