We're searching for a construction industry technical expert with strong hands-on experience in BIM/VDC and construction who’s eager to step into a dynamic role blending customer success, client engagement, content creation, technical expertise, and account relationship management. - To help ensure our customers are successful with cmBuilder, ensuring they lay the foundation for achieving their business goals.

Prior experience in customer success is not necessary for this role; It is your industry expertise and your ability to speak the same industry language as our users that will make you a trusted advisor to our clients, which in turn will drive their satisfaction, retention, and growth

You’ll work closely with clients, guiding them through solutions that make their work smarter, not harder.

Our Product
cmbuilder.io is a fast-growing construction technology product that is becoming the new industry standard for site logistics planning and 4D simulations. We empower 100s of construction companies (mainly General Contractors) to win more projects, and plan for them effectively. Our mission is to democratize the use of technology in the construction industry by providing a solution that is accessible, easy, and intuitive to use.

Responsibilities

  •  Be the foundation of our client relationships. Provide exceptional support to users, addressing questions, presenting proactive solutions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Perform regular check-ins to keep everything on track and ensure our customers are aligned with their goals & objectives.
  • Create 4D simulations in cmBuilder, BIM modeling, and data management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by leveraging your BIM/VDC and construction expertise to address challenges and offer tailored solutions, providing guidance to our customers.
  • Develop onboarding plans and help onboard new clients ensuring their users are successful using cmBuilder.
  • Develop, produce, and manage educational content and resources (guides, onboarding videos, webinars, and tutorials) that empower them to achieve their goals.
  • Document, advise, maintain and share best practices through playbooks and internal documentation.
  • Collect, track, and report on KPI data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as go-to-market and product teams to relay customer feedback and ensure it drives product innovation and contributes to product enhancements.
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions to advocate for features that benefit our customers.


What You Bring

  • Education & Experience: A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience in the construction field.
  • Technical & Industry Expertise: 2-5 years of experience in construction technology or hands-on field work, with a strong understanding of BIM/VDC workflows, site logistics, construction contracts, drawings, and schedules. Proficiency with tools and software like Autodesk Suite, Procore, and Bluebeam, plus experience creating 4D simulations and working with 3D models.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Excellent communication skills to build trust, deliver solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to our customers in achieving their goals.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: A proactive approach to identifying challenges, troubleshooting, and creating actionable solutions.
  • Connector & Advocate: Serve as the vital bridge between our customers and tech team, identifying gaps, gathering actionable feedback, and ensuring customer insights directly influence product improvements. Your ability to translate customer needs into clear, impactful solutions will help drive innovation and satisfaction.

Salary

Base: $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with relevant experience.

Variable: Opportunity for quarterly incentive pay.
