Video Content Creator / Videographer

Caleb & Brown, the world’s leading crypto brokerage, is looking for a Video Content Creator / Videographer who can film, edit, and animate compelling content for our social media platforms, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.

Film & Edit

• Capture and produce long and short-form video content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Create high-quality interview videos (e.g., 20-minute discussions) and snackable content (e.g., 30-second organic reels and paid ads)

Animate & Create

• Develop basic animated explainers for product launches, new digital asset offerings, and educational crypto content
• Bring static content to life with engaging motion graphics

Collaborate & Execute

• Work on-site most days alongside the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager to turn creative ideas into reality
• Manage end-to-end production, from concept to final edit, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in video production, editing, and motion design
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (or equivalent tools)
• Strong storytelling and editing skills—you know how to capture attention fast
• Ability to work fast but accurately to execute briefs efficiently
• Passion for digital content and keeping up with social media video trends
• Project management and organisational skills
• Crypto experience is not required, but is a bonus
