About the team
At Canva, we’re empowering the world to design, and as we scale our Enterprise and B2B offerings, the Revenue Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring that every dollar flows smoothly.
We’re building a world-class quote-to-cash (QTC) experience—one that’s frictionless, scalable, and customer-focused. As the Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, owning key Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accurate billing and payments, and collaborating with teams to drive efficiency and automation. You won’t just be processing transactions—you’ll be shaping how Canva grows its revenue operations to support millions of users worldwide.
About the role
We have multiple opportunities within our Revenue Operations team across two key focus areas:
1. Order Management
You’ll be the primary contact for resolving issues related to billing and invoicing. This includes partnering with Sales, Legal, Tax, DealDesk, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order processing. You'll manage workflows for purchase orders, tax-exempt customers, customer portals, and more.
2. Collections & Cash Applications
This involves managing cash applications (with a focus on automation), processing refund requests and payment discrepancies, and executing accounts receivable write-offs. The goal is to ensure timely collections while minimizing manual effort.

At Canva we value fairness, and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation whilst ensuring internal equity within the team in each region. We make hiring decisions based on your skills, experience and our overall assessment of what we observed and learnt in the hiring process. The target salary range for this position is $134,000 - $172,000. When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
