Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced Technology Delivery Lead with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects. 

About the Role

Responsibilities 

Technology Delivery Lead Responsibilities:

• Technology Delivery Lead is responsible for overall:
• Program Data and Code Quality Delivery Roadmap coordinating with all delivery teams
• Ensures Code coverage
• Tech and Non Functional Requirements Delivery
• Driving Team Performance (pre prod and post prod) and overall delivery of Technology Roadmap supporting Functional Roadmap
• Drive the sizing / estimation for new features working with the journey and project teams under Business
• Drive delivery of currency upgrades, non functional requirements coverage etc.
• Coaching the team on technology framework, performance improvement
• Responsible for Resolution of Technology Impediments and Blockers
• Provide Guidance and Provide Direction for Production Issue Resolution coordination
• Driving technology solutions and chairing the technology governance by working with the SA, Tech Leads etc.​

Communication:

• Able to present technology delivery / code quality / non functional requirement delivery dashboard to executives (CIO and VP Sponsor)
• Ability to work with developers and QA for leading and coordinating war rooms for technology triage

Competency:

• 8-10 years of technology delivery experience
• 5-10 years of handson development experience (FE or BE)
• Ability to deliver presentations to CIO
• Ability to guide technology solution conversations
• Ability to review production / application logs, monitoring dashboards such as Dynatrace, Cloudwatch etc.

• • Technology Roadmap
  • Sizing/Estimates of Features
  • Non Functional Requirements
  • Exec Dashboards
