Senior/Lead Data Architect (Non-life insurance)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Architect with a deep understanding of the non-life insurance domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in data architecture, modeling, and solution design, with a focus on non-life insurance products such as property, casualty, and health insurance. This role will be integral in driving our data strategy, ensuring the architecture supports business objectives, and leading the design of complex data systems across multiple platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect with experience in the non-life insurance sector.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale data architectures and systems for insurance-related use cases (policy management, claims, pricing, underwriting, etc.).
  • Experience leading data strategy and architecture design for complex, data-intensive environments.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Strong proficiency in data modelling, data integration, ETL processes, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
  • Deep knowledge of non-life insurance products and data structures, including claims management, underwriting, and risk assessment models.
  • Familiarity with advanced data analytics platforms and tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive complex technical discussions and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
