Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance & Cashflow Manager to provide financial transparency and strategic oversight to the CEO of MENA and the Group CEO. This role is crucial in managing cash flow, budget allocation, forecasting, and profitability analysis, ensuring that we make the best financial decisions for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Oversight: Audit current finances, track revenue streams, manage cash flow, and oversee accounts payable & receivable.
- Budgeting & Cost Management: Allocate budgets for marketing, sales, salaries, and operations while identifying areas to cut costs and improve efficiency.
- Reporting & Projections: Provide clear financial reports, revenue forecasts, and profit/EBITDA projections to support leadership decisions.
- Investment Planning: Identify high-return investment areas for reinvesting profits and structuring financial growth strategies.
- Strategic Analysis: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to track ROI on spending, ensuring we allocate resources to high-value, money-generating activities.
- Financial Clarity & Advice: Present monthly and quarterly financial updates to leadership, ensuring transparency on incoming revenue, outgoing expenses, and financial trends.
- Scalability & Growth Planning: Support financial planning for scaling operations efficiently while maintaining a lean and profitable structure.
Ownership, Initiative & Communication
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Take initiative in identifying financial inefficiencies, risks, or potential cash flow issues before they become critical problems.
- Accountability: Take full ownership of financial operations, ensuring smooth execution of all responsibilities without requiring constant oversight.
- Effective Communication: Clearly and regularly communicate financial insights, risks, and opportunities to the CEO of MENA and the Group CEO, ensuring they have the right data to make informed decisions.
- Independence & Decision-Making: This role requires someone who can think independently, analyze data critically, and make well-reasoned financial recommendations without waiting for instructions.
- Early Problem Identification: If there are any potential financial concerns, delayed payments, unexpected expenses, or risks, this person must bring them up immediately to leadership.

- Manager-level experience in finance, accounting, or cash flow management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable financial insights.
- Budgeting and forecasting expertise to help us plan ahead and invest wisely.
- Experience in working with small businesses and scaling financial operations efficiently.
- Familiarity with staffing, consulting, or service-based business models (preferred).
- Hands-on approach – someone who can dive into the numbers and work closely with leadership.
