Product Manager - DeFi

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Product Manager - DeFi - this is a hybrid role in New York City.

We are the first automated, on-chain economic security system enabling crypto protocols to optimize risk management and capital efficiency while safeguarding user funds. We analyze protocol mechanics and scenario implications using world-class custom EVM simulations to provide actionable insights. Our platform is trusted by leading protocols, including Aave, GMX, dYdX, Venus and others, to manage and secure billions of dollars in assets.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product vision and execution. You will work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and design, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build advanced risk analysis tools and user-centric interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Prioritize features based on market trends, user feedback, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data) to define product features and enhancements.
• Conduct market analysis and stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.

3 years experience within DeFi as a product manager added bonus for a Technical Product Manager in DeFi

Experience with taking a product from 0 - 1

Demonstrable experience with providing data to inform decisions for eg Dune Analytics/Etherscan

Knowledge of financial/economic products is a must and AI is a strong nice to have

Must be based in NYC - willing to go in office 3 days per week
