Sales Development Representative

Role Description:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Cargofive, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, and your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of simplifying container shipping. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Conducting a comprehensive search, qualification, and outreach process to identify and connect with new prospects (Global market, focus on European market)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system.

Profile Requirements:

  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales with SaaS products.
  • Ability to work within European time zones.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
  • Fluent in other languages such as German, Italian or Spanish, will be a plus.
  • Experience with Sales tools will be a plus(Hubspot, Pipedrive, Sales Nav).
