Reporting to the Head of Events in the Demand Generation organization, you’ll be joining our Events team to focus on growing and evolving our Virtual Events program.
The Virtual Events team develops and executes journeys that usher prospects and customers from awareness to purchase to advocacy, optimizing for return on investment. We are a revenue generating arm of the Marketing organization, and are an internal leverage to support growth. This team is a high impact and high visibility unit. We are an instrumental part of Carta’s growth in North America, APAC, UK, and the Middle East; and serve events with thousands of registrations weekly.
In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts across our exec team, Brand, Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Web, Sales Enablement, Social, Business Development, and Public Relations to curate, deliver, and scale programming. Over time, you will shape the future of Carta’s content pipeline and hosted event programming.

Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: $110,500 - $130,000 in San Francisco, CA and New York, NY, and $105,000 - $123,500 in Seattle, WA. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
