About the Role:
As a Platform Operations Associate, you will support end-to-end workflows that ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of data and content within our clinical engagement platform. This role plays a pivotal part in operational execution and platform readiness, interfacing closely with cross-functional teams to support our mission of improving care continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- EHR Record Management
- Retrieve, search, and organize patient records from Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and partner portals.
- Maintain secure and compliant processes for handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Coordinate with Clinical and Data Science teams to ensure timely availability and integrity of clinical data.
- Platform Content Operations
- Load, update, and maintain clinical templates, pathways, and patient education content.
- Monitor content versioning, release schedules, and coordinate updates with the Clinical Content team.
- Ensure templates and content modules are tagged appropriately for platform logic and user workflows.
- Operational Support & Data Handling
- Track data loading progress, flag missing/incomplete data, and support root cause analysis for ingestion issues.
- Provide operational QA support to validate data accuracy and ensure workflow fidelity after content updates.
- Serve as a liaison between engineering, content, and QA to ensure platform readiness before releases.
- Process Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain operational trackers for EHR requests, content loading timelines, and platform configuration.
- Generate performance and usage reports for internal stakeholders and client support teams.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce friction.
- Collaborate with Clinical Content leadership, Product Managers, and Engineering to streamline operational workflows.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in platform operations, health IT, or digital health product support.
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management processes including billing, claims processing, coding, and prior authorization (especially in physician front /back office settings) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical workflows; experience with Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong data entry; experience with CMS tools or operational databases preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience in a startup or growth-stage healthcare environment is highly desirable.
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, public health, life sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience) strongly preferred.
