Video Content Creator

We’re looking for a motivated, insanely talented videographer to work full-time for our family of businesses, capturing footage every single day and telling the stories behind our brand. Your camera will always be on as you document the heart, culture, and energy of our teams, along with our incredible projects, meetings, and day-to-day operations. This role is not just about creating video content—it’s about being the storyteller who brings our vision to life through engaging, impactful videos that resonate across multiple platforms.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves creating, thrives on fast-paced environments, enjoys being around awesome people, and has experience in both filming and post-production. You’ll capture a wide variety of footage while traveling to amazing places, working on dynamic projects, and growing your craft as a videographer.

We’re building multiple businesses, and this role requires a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to think on your feet.

HERE ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILTIES FOR THIS POSITION:

Storytelling Through Video

• Document and capture the culture, projects, events, and operations of all our businesses.
• Tell compelling stories through video that highlight our people, projects, and mission.
• Create high-quality content that aligns with our brand, values, and voice

Content Creation and Management

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop creative concepts and execute them in a fast-paced environment.
• Produce high-quality video content weekly, capturing the essence of our brand.
• Publish and schedule content according to a social media content calendar.

Collaboration and Innovation

• Work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to identify storytelling opportunities.
• Stay on top of industry trends to keep content fresh and innovative.
• Provide feedback and ideas to improve the visual storytelling and video strategy.
• Work with external content creators such as videographers and photographers to produce high-quality content that aligns with CaseCo's brand identity.

Performance and Engagement

• Track and analyze video performance, providing insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
• Build and nurture our online presence through creative and consistent video content.
• Engage with customers, followers, and potential clients on social media, responding to comments and inquiries promptly. Build and nurture an online community around the CaseCo brand.

Travel and Flexibility

• Travel as needed to capture content at job sites, events, and locations across the U.S. and internationally.
• Adapt quickly to changing schedules, environments, and priorities.
