You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering Teams to define success metrics, build analytical frameworks, co-design experiments, and ensure data-driven decision-making is at the core of our product development process.

What you will be doing: - Establish and lead the analytics function within the product team, ensuring data-driven decision-making at all stages of product development.
- Develop a comprehensive diagnostic framework to measure product success, creating dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Conduct funnel analysis to identify areas of improvement in user journeys and prioritize opportunities for product optimization.
- Drive a culture of experimentation, working with product managers to design and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure they have the right success metrics in place, ensuring all initiatives are measurable and outcome-driven.
- Provide key insights into customer behavior and workflows through data, enabling product discovery and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to ensure access to high-quality, reliable data for analytics.
- Coach and mentor product managers on analytical capabilities, improving the team’s ability to interpret data and drive insights.
- Stay updated on best practices in analytics and experimentation, recommending tools and methodologies to enhance the analytics function.
What you will bring:- 6+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data science, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven organization.
- Strong expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to develop dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analysis, and experimentation methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring and upskilling teams on data literacy and analytics best practices.
