Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the project and the Project Manager in coordinating with key stakeholders and the execution of the project.

• Able to make decisions and take actions to solve recurrent problems

• Manage the Change orders, RFI’s and submittals for all assigned projects
• Assist the assigned Project Manager in reviewing schedules, progress, status, and other administrative information in Procore and SalesForce
• Report on current project progress and challenges daily to the Project Manager
• Communicate updates to clients, developers, architects, and engineers and internal stakeholders on behalf of the Project Manager
• Understanding of how to properly read invoices and other documents that are turned in on a job site
• Review project Bill of Lading, Invoices, and Purchase Orders and input information into Procore
• Visit and inspect building sites as needed by the Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Building Science 
• 2+ years of related experience in Construction. Solar industry preferred
• CAPM certification a plus
• Working knowledge of project management software such as Procore, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Salesforce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite applications 
• Ability and willingness to travel, up to 30%

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act and New York City Salary Transparency Law, Catalyze provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado or New York City. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado and New York City, NY only, the range of starting pay for this role is $70,000 -$95,000 annual.
