Job Description

The Project Manager will drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT initiatives within our organization. With a primary focus on onboarding new technology vendors, CRM enhancements and system upgrades, this role is essential in aligning IT projects with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy and IT, the Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution from initiation to completion.

 

Position Responsibilities:

·       Project Planning & Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocations. Lead project kick-offs, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery of all IT initiatives.

·       Vendor Onboarding & Management:

Coordinate the onboarding of new technology vendors by facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring that vendor solutions are integrated smoothly with existing systems. Serve as the main point of contact for vendor communications.

·       Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with IT, compliance, operations, and business units to ensure that project objectives are aligned with overall organizational goals. Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

·       Risk Management & Quality Assurance:

Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

·       Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate project performance through data analysis and stakeholder feedback and implement process improvements for future IT initiatives. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.

·       Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, performance metrics, and post-implementation reviews. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and vendor performance.

 

Required Qualifications:

·       Demonstrated experience managing IT projects, preferably within the financial services sector.

·       Proven track record in vendor onboarding and management, ensuring smooth integration of new technologies.

·       Strong proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.

·       Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·       Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.

·       Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in financial services IT projects.
