Project System Administrator

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking to add a Systems Administrator to our Project Team! In this role, you will provide crucial support to our clients, serving as both field and escalation support, while performing the following responsibilities: 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Execute all project efforts as outlined in Statements of Work (SOWs) for contract clients. 
  • Lead project planning and set clear expectations with clients and team members. 
  • Meet all communication requirements to ensure smooth project progress. 
  • Complete technical objectives as specified for each project. 
  • Provide post-go-live support to maintain and optimize the client environment. 
  • Collaborate with third parties, including co-managed environments and application vendors, to complete project tasks as needed. 
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all processes, tools, and environments. 
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams about upcoming changes, outages, and project impacts. 
  • Enter daily documentation, including time, expenses, and all work, as service tickets in ConnectWise. 
  • Other duties as assigned 

 Example Projects: 

  • Hypervisor replacements and migrations (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware) 
  • Email migrations (various platforms to M365) 
  • Server builds and migrations 
  • Network upgrades and overhauls 
  • New office space build-outs 
  • Application deployments (CRM, ERP, etc.) 
  • 5 or more years of experience (preferred) 
  • Certifications such as MCSA, VCP, CCNA are a plus. 
  • Experience with platforms like ConnectWise, Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware, and Office 365 is a bonus. 
  • Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, client-focused team. 
  • Enthusiastic about taking on challenges in a growing company with a diverse client base. 
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
