Vice President, Digital Growth

This position will develop and execute strategies to drive growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams to acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and expand market reach.



**We actively support remote work in the United States with a focus on candidates in states we currently operate in:

California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, Florida, Colorado, Michigan, Missouri, Texas, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina and Idaho**


Customer Success:
  • Responsible for working across Customer Success departments (LLM, OB, CS) to drive retention, expansion and upsell. You will have assigned accounts where you will be expected to join customer calls, work internally with the team on strategy and own the business outcome for these customers. 
  • Responsible for stepping in on other accounts where SEO, listings and local pages strategy is needed. You will lead CS GTM efforts for upsell around our new products in 2025. Review Gen, Competitive Insights, Local Pages etc. 
  • Support marketing on an incentive program with local pages to boost upsell. 
  • Support new business sales when opportunities arise that can leverage your experience and vertical experience. 
  • Responsible for select customer advocacy programs: travel to conferences, customer meetings and events, webinars and speaking opportunities. 
  • Own business development around SEO including future partnerships, product/service strategy and lead internal training on these subjects.


Marketing:
  • Support SVP of Marketing where needed on Paid and Earned Marketing initiatives 
  • Work with Product Management and Product Marketing on packaging and marketing new product features for GTM
  • Help grow Chatmeter awareness by supporting CEO and SVP Marketing on select initiatives


Experience:
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, including a deep understanding of various channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and content marketing
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data
  • A proven track record of driving significant growth through data-driven strategies
  • A proven track record of leading, supporting and achieving Customer Success metrics
  • Substantial leadership experience to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization 


$225,000 - $225,000 a year
The annual salary for this position is $225,000. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skills, prior experiences, training, company needs, and current market demands. The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. This position may also be eligible for salary increases, commissions, equity awards, and benefits (outlined below).
