[Job - 21261] Mid-level QA automation

At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-level QA Automation to join our remote team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovating, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:

As a Mid-level QA Automation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your expertise in developing testing strategies and creating efficient scripts will directly impact the success of our projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will perform exploratory tests, manage bugs effectively, and identify automation opportunities, all while reporting progress to your squad.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop testing strategies and create efficient scripts (manual and automated).

Perform exploratory tests and manage bugs effectively.

Identify scenarios that can be automated to streamline processes.

Report test progress properly to the squad to ensure transparency.

Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and technical solutions.

Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-have Skills:

Proficiency in Robot Framework.

Strong knowledge of Java or Python.

English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice-to-have Skills:

Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and web testing.

Familiarity with the usage of GitHub Copilot.
