The Senior Recruiter is responsible for:

• Delivering service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Acting as a brand ambassador and consultative partner to hiring managers.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for advanced manufacturing clients, focusing on automobile and aerospace industries.
• Handling end-to-end India and Singapore Hiring.
• Sourcing and delivering top talent while providing proactive communication.
• Staying informed of industry trends and market-specific information.
• Mentoring team members and demonstrating innovative search techniques.

Work Setup: - Hybrid, Regular Shift

Work location: - Client office in Bangalore

Position Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field; or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years' results-oriented recruiting experience in Aerospace Industries
• Must have experience in Singapore Hiring 
• Must have experience in handling Stakeholder directly 

Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrated niche segment or industry expertise
• Proficiency in utilizing recruiting technologies and deep web sourcing techniques
• Strong adherence to documentation and compliance processes
