Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients in the Spanish-speaking market.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and establish initial contact.
  • Set appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and interactions.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Understanding of the software industry is a plus.
