1. Sweep and mop public building spaces, basement areas and stair halls.
2. Remove snow and encumbrances; spread sand and salt over icy pavements; wash windows and walls of public spaces.
3. Clean ramps, drains, roofs and canopies; polish and wax as required; change light bulbs including those in lampposts; move, lift and carry heavy objects and materials.
4. Clean work areas and offices as required.
