The successful candidate will assist with the preparation of reports, legal notices; disposition work orders; prepare notices for apartment inspections. Candidate will also be responsible for handling correspondence for supervisors to communicate with residents, community leaders, vendors and other NYCHA departments.
Specific duties shall include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Perform receptionist duties; monitor complaints.
2. Responsible for staff timekeeping.
3. Collect reports and input data; prepare and develop spreadsheets in excel.
4. Process uncollected accounts.
5. Process transfers through Siebel.
6. Process orders in Oracle.
7. Distribution of mail pouch; file and type.
NOTE: Preference will be given to CIVIL SERVICE BRDIGE EXAM# 3131 takers.
NOTE: Assignments will be made throughout Queens & Staten Island.
NOTE: IF THIS APPOINTMENT IS MADE ON A PROVISIONAL/TEMPORARY BASIS PURSUANT TO 65 OF THE NYS CIVIL SERVICE LAW, NO TENURE OR PERMANENCE ACCRUES TO AN INCUMBENT IN THIS POSITION BY VIRTUE OF SUCH APPOINTMENT.
