Sales Automation Representative

We are looking for a Sales Outreach & Automation Associate who will:

  • Power outbound prospecting efforts across Clara by operating tools like HubSpot and Amplemarket.
  • Personalize outreach campaigns for senior leaders, making every message feel tailored and relevant.
    Continuously optimize and scale our automated prospecting flows to support high-impact lead generation.
  • Track performance, manage campaign KPIs, and proactively iterate to improve results.
  • Keep our CRM and prospecting platforms up-to-date and organized, ensuring high-quality data and execution.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in sales operations, sales enablement, marketing operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with CRM and outbound automation tools (HubSpot and Amplemarket are a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail—especially when crafting messages.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to optimize processes based on campaign data.
  • Organized, methodical, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for efficiency.
    Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English
