Build & Manage University Partnerships
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, career services, faculty, and student organizations to generate sustainable student pipelines.
-Identify key academic institutions and develop tailored engagement strategies that align with employer-sponsored programs.
-Act as a liaison between employers and schools, ensuring seamless collaboration and program success.
Execute High-Impact Outreach & “Sales” Strategies
-Take an entrepreneurial approach to student recruitment—experimenting, optimizing, and scaling outreach channels to increase application volume.
- Represent employer partners in meetings with academic institutions and at student-facing events, ensuring their programs gain maximum visibility.
- Leverage data and insights to continuously refine recruitment efforts and improve conversion rates.
Track, Analyze & Optimize Performance
- Own key performance metrics—including student leads generated, applications submitted, and conversions achieved.
- Use CRM systems, tracking tools, and engagement metrics to monitor effectiveness and pivot strategies as needed.
- Provide data-driven insights to internal teams, employers, and school partners to enhance outreach and recruitment efforts.
