HVAC Sales Lead Coordinator

Vanderford Air & Plumbing is hiring an Experienced Sales Lead Coordinator!

We are hiring an Experienced Sales Lead Coordinator to support our growing team and customer base! We do residential service and installs across the Gulf Coast area.

Starting hourly rates $20-$25, with room to grow from there.

Your day to day will include:

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Respond to incoming inquiries related to sales products and book into scheduled sales leads.
• Scheduling, allocating workloads, training, meetings, and providing ongoing reporting metrics.
• Educate homeowners on products and service offerings and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Follow up with customers after proposals have been provided to answer any outstanding questions and schedule additional sales visits or convert proposals into sold work.
• Provide daily reports of sales and lead information to the sales manager.
• Record where leads are produced - technician, demand, maintenance, marketed and marketed lead source.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, sales staff and department personnel via telephone, email, and written correspondence to answer inquiries or to provide information.
• Maintain complete, accurate and updated information in the customer database.
• Perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation.

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Sales Lead Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to create a positive customer experience and educate clients on HVAC solutions.
• Experience with scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
• Familiarity with residential HVAC services is a plus.
