SCHOOL DIRECTOR
Position Reports to: Executive Director
Start Date: Immediately
Hours: 7:00am-5:00pm
Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 (Please note that this is a general range; salaries are determined based on credentials and years of experience)

Position Summary:
The School Director will take responsibility for several aspects of Classical. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
School Site Management
- Scheduling, staffing, transitions, communication, enrollment, coordinating across school-site departments.
Culture
- Elevate student achievement in an urban setting

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years in the roles of Grade Team Leader, Dean of Students, or Instructional Coach
- Have experience working at a high-performing charter school (preferred)
Successful Candidates Will:

- Have experience teaching in a high performing urban school
Qualifications:
- Experience in schools for 3 years or more
- High expectations and rigor
- Excellent work ethic
- Strong presence with students and staff
- Graduation from a top college with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Interest in working to close the achievement gap
