The Role:

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to work on the Finance team. This role will be focused on working closely with business stakeholders and vendors, managing the front-to-back procurement process at Clear Street. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in learning and growing within the fields of procurement and supply chain management.

You will be responsible for:

• Purchase Order Management: Support the creation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders. Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, and service terms.
• Contract Support: Assist in the administration of contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain procurement records and prepare reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
• Market Research & Data Analysis: Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities, trends, and potential new suppliers. Analyze data to support decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline procurement workflows and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1 year of professional experience, prior experience in procurement or supply chain management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite (primarily Excel, but also Word and PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Experience using SaaS tools

We Offer:
The Base Salary Range is $60,000 - $80,000. These ranges are representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Which range a candidate fits into and where a candidate falls in the range will be based on job related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. These ranges represent Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The ranges stated do not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.
