Your Impact:

You will be working on the technical stack of our returns platform, Rich Returns, which is a growing platform with the goal of providing our merchants and their customers an excellent post-sale experience. As part of our development team, you will play a vital role developing our latest features with technologies such as JavaScript, React, Express.js and React Native. Additionally, we utilize Amazon Web Services, PostgreSQL and Redis.

• Coding: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Design: Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions.
• Testing: Implement and run tests to ensure code quality.
• Documentation: Document code, processes, and designs clearly and comprehensively.
• Maintenance: Maintain and update existing software applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
• Learning: Continuously learn and stay updated with new technologies and industry trends.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle and solve moderately complex problems and provide solutions.

• 2-4 years of experienceUnderstanding of type safety principles is essentialIn-depth knowledge of programming paradigms
• Experience with Amazon Web Services or other cloud-based platformsExperience with React, Vue or other front-end technologies
• Experience with Node.js, Express.js or other JavaScript-based technologies
• Experience working in an Agile-based project management framework
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• To possess a high level of attention to detail and aesthetic sensibilities Effective communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• To contribute to work estimates, prioritization, and alignment with Product Management to ensure projects are well defined
• Able to successfully tackle ambiguous or poorly defined problems, providing technical direction and fostering alignment with the team
• Balance the trade-offs so that you can ship effective solutions that match up with long-term goals and the team’s engineering principles and patterns.
• Experience with Ecommerce environments is a plus.
