Your role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization. Your mission will be to assist in the preparation of financial statements, manage accounts payable, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. • 2-3 years of experience in finance, gained through internships or full-time positions at any level;
• Proven experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial principles;
• Open-minded with a can-do approach, embracing challenges with enthusiasm;
• A team player who is well-balanced between collaboration and independent work;
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure, handling multiple detailed projects simultaneously;
• Accuracy, commitment, and excellent work organization;
• The atmosphere is important to you and you want to work with great people,
• Very Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets skills;
• Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Accounting or a related field with equivalent coursework;
• Very good in English in both writing and speaking.
• Familiarity with Certia, part of the Salesforce ecosystem, is a plus;
• Positiveness and curiosity are a must!

Your responsibilities:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;
• Manage daily transactions, including posting invoices and processing expense reports;
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy;
• Update and manage accounts payable, perform reconciliations;
• Review and assist with payroll records;
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records;
• Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility;
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Sales) to review expenses;
• Ensure compliance with legal and company accounting guidelines;
• Support senior accountants in various accounting tasks and projects.
