About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Strategic Operations Intern to support the Chief of Staff and CEO to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and learn the inner workings of a high-level executive team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for learning.

This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. This is a hybrid internship in which you will come to the office Wednesdays and Fridays.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the Chief of Staff.
• Support the Chief of Staff in managing special projects, including research, data analysis, and coordination with various teams. This may include tracking deadlines, managing resources, and ensuring project completion.
• Prepare meeting agendas, gather relevant materials, and ensure the Chief of Staff is well-prepared for all meetings. This may involve taking and distributing meeting minutes.
• Conduct research on various topics as needed, compile data, and prepare reports or summaries for the Chief of Staff.
• As assigned, take ownership of specific projects, from conception to completion, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Rising Sophomore or Junior currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Life Sciences or Business. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Compensation: $22/hr

Hours and Duration: 

This is a part-time, 30 hours/week position. The internship will have a duration of 10 weeks, from May 20th - August 1st, 2025.
