We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Marketing Technology Analyst to join our Business Systems Team and oversee our marketing technology stack. This is a hands-on technology focused role with strong collaboration with business teams in Marketing Operations and Growth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our cutting-edge marketing technology stack, driving efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making across our marketing operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with ClickUp's ambitious growth objectives and efficiency goals.
  • Champion digital tools as a super-user and product evangelist.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technologies, including but not limited to email automation, audience management, website & app tagging, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies with our existing tech stack (e.g., Marketo, Iterable, Snowflake, Salesforce, Retool, Apollo).
  • Architect and manage end-to-end integrations that promote data integrity, scalability, and a cohesive customer journey across marketing and sales technologies.
  • Design and optimize cross-functional workflows within the marketing technology stack to ensure seamless data flow and enhanced performance across platforms.
  • Drive the development and maintenance of our marketing data policies (preference management and data privacy compliance), ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and actionability.
  • Spearhead the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the COO, VP of Growth & Data and other leaders to align marketing technology initiatives with company-wide priorities and projects.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology roles.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing technology landscape.
  • Proven track record of implementing and optimizing marketing technology stacks with excellent proficiency in Marketo.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Segment, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, and various marketing platforms.
  • Strong technical skills including the ability to setup/maintain webhook, API, and other integrations between systems.
  • Experience designing integrations between marketing platforms and data analytics tools (e.g., data warehouses, CRM systems), with a focus on interoperability and efficiency.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
