The role:
As our Renewals Specialist, you’ll take responsibility of our renewals process while directly supporting a smooth and timely experience for our existing customers. Working closely with internal teams, you'll ensure renewals are processed accurately and efficiently, contributing to both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with clear processes and has a sharp eye for detail. You’ll build hands-on experience with systems and tools, gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, and help maintain the momentum of our customer lifecycle.
Your responsibilities include:
- Respond to the renewals console within 24 hours
- Process renewals and send invoices for all committed customers
- Monitor renewal reminders and triage as required
- Process new sales within 24 hours of handover from sales team
- Support automated customer bucket by reviewing accurate contacts, facilitating transactional renewals process and escalating where necessary
- To accurately document all actions and information on cases and requests
- Share information and actively assist other team members to deliver quality outcomes for customers
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field is highly desirable
- Prior experience in a similar process-oriented or administrative role will be highly regarded
- Experience in renewals or sales support beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong time management and prioritisation capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Customer centric in mindset and implementation
- Ability to problem solve proactively and think critically
