Clipbook is looking for a highly organized and proactive Business & Revenue Operations Associate to support our back-office systems and help drive operational excellence across the business. This is a unique opportunity to get in early at a fast-growing, venture-backed startup and work closely with our CEO and founding team.
We're looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience in an operations role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company who’s eager to roll up their sleeves and make an immediate impact. If you're excited about creating structure from scratch, supporting key revenue workflows, and building scalable systems that keep the business humming, this role is for you.

- Manage bookkeeping, expenses, invoicing, and vendor relationshipsSupport People Ops: onboarding, benefits coordination, compliance, and team engagement
- Evaluate, implement, and manage tools and systems (e.g., Hubspot, Notion, Airtable, Gusto, QuickBooks)
- Maintain internal documentation and create repeatable processes
- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and team on strategic and operational projects
- Take initiative on special projects across the business to unblock the team and keep Clipbook moving forward

- Continuously optimize enablement & knowledge‑sharing: document core plays, update playbooks in real time, and run bite‑size trainings so reps can find answers and ramp faster.
- Own and maintain data integrations: monitor sync health, map new fields, and QA each release to keep HubSpot, Gong, and Growth tools perfectly aligned.
- Surface revenue insights & KPIs: build self‑serve dashboards, reconcile pipeline versus actuals, and flag gaps in the funnel to drive faster, data‑backed decisions.
