Working during COVID-19

We responded to the Covid-19 and its impact on our lives and businesses alike, with a “4 rings of responsibility” approach. CloudMoyo employees worked 100% remotely during Covid-19. However, we have now adopted a Hybrid work environment post Covid. The four rings of responsibility are as follows:

Job Description

  • Business Development:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the Staff augmentation/ Talent on demand services/practice across target industries.
    • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities by building a robust pipeline of clients.
    • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
    • Cultivate leads and generate new opportunities to expand the customer base and build a pipeline

 

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients receive value-driven staffing solutions that align with their business goals.
    • Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for expansion.

 

  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the team, providing guidance on best practices, sales techniques, and market trends.
    • Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving team and individual sales goals.
    • Collaborate with the delivery and recruitment teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service delivery for clients.
    • Regularly update Hubspot with relevant deal information to maintain accurate records

 

  • Market Analysis:
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform strategic decisions.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.
  • Revenue Generation:
    • Drive revenue growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets and profitability goals.
    • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts in line with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in staff augmentation or IT staffing services.
    • Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships at an enterprise level.
    • Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of the staffing and talent solutions market in the US.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales plans.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Leadership:
    • Experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve collective success.
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, recruitment, and operations teams.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Pay Scale :

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At CloudMoyo, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

Annual Compensation:

Base - $125,000 – $150,000

Variable – $50000 - $100,000 (Based on Sales revenue target)

OTE – $175,000 - $250,000
