FP&A Intern

As a member of the finance team, you will play a pivotal role in the FP&A process. You will support the team in forecast updates and ensure data accuracy of company financials. You will also be responsible for preparing executive reports, managing the company budget system, and overseeing compensation models for our client-facing team members.

This position is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career to work within a small and dynamic finance team while gaining both exposure and experience to the operations of a growing tech company. This is a part-time role in our Lehi office for undergraduate students, and this role will report to our Senior Financial Analyst.

• Must be in the process of earning a Bachelor’s degree (preferably a sophomore or higher majoring in finance or accounting)
• Strong academic performance (GPA 3.7+ preferred)
• Basic understanding of financial concepts, specifically financial statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, IF formulas)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, willing to learn, with a team-oriented mindset

• Part-time (20-25 hours a week) throughout the 2025-2026 school year, with the option to start as early as June
• Can work onsite in Lehi, UT (we are not currently hiring remote employees)

• Forecasting / Model Management: Assist in monthly forecast updates to Clozd’s financials and support the development and refinement of Clozd’s various models (P&L, balance sheet, revenue)
• Reporting: Enable strategic decision-making by compiling key company metrics and financial performance for executive leadership reports
• Budgeting: Serve as Clozd’s budget system administrator by managing company budgets, approving all financial transactions, and ensuring spend is in compliance with the company model and objectives
• Compensation: Certify data accuracy and integrity by handling commission inputs in company systems and build the compensation models for Clozd’s client-facing teams during the year-end process
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and support strategic initiatives
