Our platform revolutionizes the technical hardware supply chain by ensuring it is precise, efficient, and effortlessly manageable. As a proud member of the Y Combinator W22 cohort, we've seen our revenue grow consistently, supported by substantial venture funding from esteemed VCs, including Bain Capital Ventures

The Team

The Cofactr team is innovative, creative, and collaborative, with diverse professional backgrounds and a passion for solving big problems. We’re hiring team members who are energized by the opportunity to make one of the most complex challenges in the world, the global electronics supply chain, into a scalable and intuitive tool. We value transparency and trust among our team and translate this approach into our evolving product.

The Role

As our Founding Implementation/Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment of Cofactr’s solutions for our customers. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to lead onboarding, implementation, and integration projects alongside our integrations engineering team. This hands-on role requires a strong proactive approach, project management skills, an aptitude for problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

You will also have the unique opportunity to design and refine scalable implementation processes, contributing to Cofactr’s commitment to delivering seamless customer experiences. Your work will directly influence how customers adopt and derive value from Cofactr’s platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute customer onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, fostering strong relationships with customers and addressing their needs.
  • Process Development: Design and implement scalable and repeatable processes for customer onboarding, system configuration, and integration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, sales and customer success teams to resolve customer issues and ensure successful implementation outcomes and frictionless hand offs.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, keeping customers on track and satisfied.
  • Customer Training: Conduct training sessions and create resources to help customers adopt Cofactr’s platform effectively.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer insights and feedback during implementations to inform product development and improve processes.
  • Metrics Management: Track and report on project status, success metrics, and customer satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement technologies is strongly preferred, as our product suite caters to customers in these industries.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on customer success, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience working with complex integrations, various data infrastructure and technical internal/external teams and diverse experience with financial systems and ERP deployments
  • Tech Stack Experience: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and the ability to learn new platforms and technologies quickly (Pylon, Gainsight, Smartsheets, etc)
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive project success and resolve issues.
  • Process Orientation: A knack for designing and improving processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with evolving priorities.

Why Join Us
  • High Impact: Be a critical player in building Cofactr’s implementation processes and ensuring customer success.
  • Growth Opportunity: Work closely with leadership to scale the implementation/project management function as the company grows.
  • Innovative Culture: Join a collaborative, agile, and innovative team where your ideas and contributions matter.
  • Professional Development: Access mentorship, training, and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.
