Your new role - Project Manager – US

Location - Dallas, Texas (Onsite/Hybrid)

We are seeking a proactive, delivery-focused Project Manager to drive successful implementation and delivery of client-facing projects in line with scope, budget, and timeline. In this role, you will lead complex projects from initiation to close, ensuring all activities align with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW) and deliver measurable value to our enterprise customers. You will serve as the main client contact and ensure internal and external teams are aligned to project outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Own full lifecycle project delivery, from planning through execution to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices (Agile and Waterfall).
  • Develop detailed project plans aligned with the SOW, with defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead multiple projects concurrently, with potential team leadership responsibility for other Project Managers and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Track action items and enforce accountability across all stakeholders to maintain project momentum and resolve issues promptly.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early, manage escalation effectively, and implement robust contingency plans.
  • Lead post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned, and proactively recommending process improvements for future projects.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with internal and external stakeholders, including project sponsors and executive leadership.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence across all project teams.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering enterprise-level projects, preferably in the Contact Center or Conversational AI space.
  • Proven experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding and application of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence across departments and client stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional time and risk management skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
