Growth and Partnerships Intern

We are looking for a Growth and Partnerships Intern to join our team. As a Growth and Partnerships Intern at Collective[i], you’ll play a key role in expanding our affiliate and partner network. You’ll research industry-leading programs, help shape our partnership strategy, and create training materials to support onboarding and engagement. Working closely with our marketing team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in ecosystem growth, market analysis, and TAM research—all while contributing to a bold vision for the future of AI-powered business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with partner recruitment campaigns, including outreach, engagement, and follow-up strategies
• Support partner relationship management, ensuring smooth communication and fostering long-term collaborations
• Create effective training materials to onboard and empower affiliates and partners
  Research top affiliate and partner programs to identify best practices and growth opportunities
• Develop and present a scalable strategy for affiliate and partnership programs to marketing and leadership
• Analyze potential Total Addressable Markets (TAM) to inform business development efforts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align growth initiatives with company goals

Qualifications: 

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize data from various sources to drive insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Proactive mindset with a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn, contribute, and drive impact
• A passion for AI and its impact on business
• Previous experience in marketing research or related fields preferred
• Experience with social media or digital marketing platforms preferred
