We’re looking for a dynamic Growth Specialist to join our team and make an impact across all aspects of Collectly’s growth engine. From crafting attention-grabbing campaigns to running high-energy events, optimizing our website, and building compelling content, you’ll play a critical role in driving demand, elevating our brand, and improving operations.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role where your creativity and analytical skills will help shape the future of patient financial experiences in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Collectly and embody our core values in all growth-focused initiatives.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns, from digital ads to email marketing and ABM strategies.
- Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and sponsorships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and optimize Collectly’s website, ensuring SEO best practices and user experience.
- Create and manage content assets, such as blog posts, case studies, social media content, and sales enablement materials.
- Support demand generation efforts by executing multi-channel campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
- Partner with the product team to assist in go-to-market strategies, including messaging, feature launches, and user education.
- Contribute to marketing operations, including campaign reporting, database management, and process improvements.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or related roles, ideally within a SaaS or tech startup environment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various audiences.
- Basic understanding of SEO, website management, and digital marketing best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Nice to have: Proficiency in sales & marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Figma, SalesLoft, Clay, 6sense, Webflow, ZoomInfo, and social media management platforms.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. for events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
- Located in San Francisco, California as this role does have an on-site requirement (3 days in office, 2 days WFH).
