As Delivery Coordinator at ComeOn!, your primary objective is to coordinate timely creation and delivery of roadmap items, assist squads towards agile events and help remove blockers. You work closely with the Product Owners, developers and testers to make sure that requirements are clear, that plans for technical realisation are set and are effectively executed. You need to analyse the processes and actively work with continuous improvement. You will accommodate the squads ceremonies. Simply put, you will be the go-to person for the delivery related inquiries, “spider of the web”.
Responsibilities:
About you:
Your focus is on making things happen, thus ensuring our squads have everything they need to succeed. You are great at managing stakeholders and will be responsible for coordinating across multiple departments to remove any impediments. You will perform data analysis to create or modify our processes. You are the enabler for our squads to deliver our roadmap items on time. You will be the driver of the delivery processes within the squad and will be in constant collaboration with all areas of our group - product, staffing, legal, compliance and senior management to ensure smooth deliveries on time. You have relevant experience from previous roles such as; Scrum Master, RTE, Agile coach or similar, preferably responsible for complex products with many dependencies and cross squads dependencies. You have a great understanding in the different delivery models, agile, scaled agile and if you are certified in agile (PSM, CSM, SSM etc...) it is for sure an added advantage. Enterprise level Agile coaching experience will be an added advantage.
