Commify is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team. As an SDR, you will be essential in driving new business growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers.

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social media to establish interest and qualify their needs.
  • Set up appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimise lead generation efforts and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitors to ensure effective communication and positioning of our products and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
  • Competitive salary (30-35,000)
